Tom, you need to protect your rights to your music, and your request is not unreasonable (a copyright notice, a link to your website, and the CCA license statement? Sheesh, give them a challenge why don't you!). It is not a slam when you find something that uses your music that is missing some of this, and you have to point it out. A public reminder does not constitute a slam either. (hopefully my lack of sleep and caffine at the time I am writing this does not come off as an anti-slam)
