About the only radio show I listen to regularly is local folk show Traditions on American University's station WAMU. And usually only half of that--it runs 11pm to 1am on Saturday nights, and I pass out around midnight when I'm just lazing at home (as opposed to out filking or otherwise having fun).

Occasionally I catch bits of Little Steven's Underground if I'm coming home from a con at the right time on Sunday night.
