I loved the orignial book...and this movie is so far from that I can't believe it. If they didn't have the name 'Witch Mountain' to connect them, I wouldn't even guess they were related.
I'm not sure I want to see this movie. I'll have to wait to see if I change my mind later.
By the way, I was not in love with the original 'Witch Mountain' movie, but it was somewhat closer to the spirit of the book than this seems to be.
