Agreed. I think a lot of us round here on lj and DW have about a month, tops, if our current medical infrastructure goes away, or even wobbles significantly, or drops too many *more* large swathes of people. And don't get me started on failure of food or water delivery infrastructure for places like Los Angeles, or any other big urban centers.
