I have to listen to all the comedy and tragedy songs and classic filk. I have to think long and hard about the composer and performer categories.

But I'm with you on Uplift. And will vote for it every year till it wins!!!

oh my gosh, what a slate of nomonees. how can i choose. i love that one, i was the first? to suggest the ropers write a duet so i should support "apology" and oh my that person is fabulous- and that one too- and i always laugh with her writings.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE..????

Tom, do you mind if I ask you a few questions abut filk? I figure this is a good place for them.

You've been in filk a while, how do you think the filk songs changed in the past 10 years? How about the filk culture?

Where do you see things going in the future? Do you think more people will perform? Will there be more big names?
