huskiebear is giving me a ride out to my brother's place today with replacement parts for my poor hapless car. Then we go back to her place; I help her clean, I do my laundry, we make sloppy joes. Dunno what we're gonna watch; I know what we're not gonna watch.

It has been my tradition in the past to do some shopping during THAT GAME, because the stores are nearly empty. This year I have little money so if I shop it will only be at the grocery. My brother is having a game party and invited me to it because it is a ruse for his wife's 50th surprise birthday party. Since he only invited me yesterday and since I hate football I told him no. It's just as well, I'm ”not on my game” today.

That and baking Cornish Pasties As Seen On TV [1] and freezing them for an upcoming SCA camping event, Estrella War. Think sci-fi con crossed with a scout jamboree, only better dressed.
