Hm. I seem to have several fan videos out there. Guess I've gotta state a YouTube policy.

Go for it.

Seriously. Especially the iTom and FuMP songs, which are specifically released with a Creative Commons Noncommercial ShareAlike license. I'm immensely flattered, and these are way cool. The only things I ask are: [a] please credit me and put a link to tomsmithonline.com, [b] don't use my songs for profit, [c] don't do anything really crass or offensive, and [d] I'd prefer it if you asked me about it first. I reserve the right to say no, if it's something that really bothers me, but I'll be right up front about that.
