On the one hand, that could indeed be a cool movie. On the other, audiences would face a pretty high entrance fee, in terms of prior comic book knowledge. And on the other hand, I worry that no onscreen actors could measure up to Alex Ross' gosh-wow-sense-of-wonder-inspiring art.
