EschaCon

One of the more interesting gigs I've lined up is EschaCon 08, a gathering by and for the progressive blogosphere, particularly the community of Eschaton. I'm really looking forward to this -- a number of fantastic leftie bloggers will be there, including Digby, NTodd, Athenae, Echidne, Jane Hamsher, John Amato, and more. Ted Rall will be in attendance as well, and by damn they got Paul Krugman.

And, on Saturday night, there's a concert. Four acts, including me. Heck, I open for The Rude Pundit. Best part? It's open to the public (well, okay, there are tickets, but you don't have to attend the con to buy them).

This isn't a huge call to fill seats or anything -- I suspect we'll do just fine in that regard. But I thought you might find it fun.
