TOP CHEF ALL STARS Spoilers

Didn't get to the ep until this morning. I will say only this about it: It is the best episode of Top Chef. Ever. Period. If you haven't already seen it, see it.

Seriously. I even like Mike this week.

Next week: The Bahamas, and the Finals.

Hee hee. Incredible, wasn't it? The emotion, the revelation, the food, the family... I thought it was kinda mean to do that to Richard, but that's about it.

Mike this week wasn't as annoying as in past weeks, but I still don't like him. I'm not sure he's redeemable. Of course I'm not too fond of his however-many-times-removed cousin, either.

I want either a Carla or Richard win.

The judges were mean to Richard. Thought he was going to have a heart-attack there.

I'm amused, a little, that this episode is similar to one near the end of Food Network's Worst Cooks in America season that just ended. I think it's GMTI more than anything, but both eps were the best of their seasons, and this one stands out among all seasons of Top Chef.

I'll definitely give you that on Mike. His "I'd rather there were four, but I'll take five" was gratuitous, and the preview showed the Same Ol' Mikey.

I am much more fond of Antonia than a lot of people. I would be reasonably happy if Tiffany won it all, very happy if Antonia or Carla did, and frickin' ecstatic if Richard did -- I think he deserves it the most by far.

What they did to Richard was a little cruel, but his reaction showed some humanity, but class - "Why did you.... thank you."

Poor guy needs to get his worry under control, or he's gonna have a heart attack.

I've warmed up to Antonia more than I had at the beginning, but she's still not my favorite. I'm more indifferent towards her now than antagonistic. Whereas Mike I haven't liked at all since his season. I'm sure he's a great chef and all, but his personality is not one I would ever want to deal with. Antonia I barely remember from her season, and I'm mostly judging from this season. She annoyed me at first, and now it's more 'meh'.

I'd be okay with anyone winning it except for Mike. I just don't expect Tiffany to. I honestly think that this last challenge was the first time that it looked like she was in the same league as the others there.

I want Carla to win. After her, Tiffany, Antonia, Richard. Mikey can just suck it up. I want him to go down in flames for serving raw chicken or some other crime.

Amazing episode. But aside from Padme's little "joke," I think Richard is done. His body language shows a beaten man. It showed on the ferry; he can't handle that people are winning for being simple. He's over-thinking everything and second-guessing. That's what killed him last time, and it's going to get him this time.

I'm rooting for Carla.
