Still not sold on the CGI costume, especially the mask (though at the panel they reportedly said specifically that the mask CGI wasn't done yet).

Hector Hammond, Parallax, Sinestro, a glimpse of how badass Abin Sur was... and the bit about the oath was definitely cute. A+, would watch again. In fact, already have.

What were the Lanterns chanting at the end, though? We are what?

I think it was "We are the Corps!"

And yeah, much better than the first trailer -- especially by having less focus on Hal Jordan, hotshot test pilot and overgrown high-school jock, and more on the new Green Lantern coming to terms with being a grown-up. I wasn't so sure I wanted to see the movie after the first one; now I do.

And suddenly, the cheese is gone and the Corps is cool and maybe Ryan Reynolds won't be that bad. And when he recites the oath...wow.

I just hope that in trying to get all the details right for the fans, they don't make this inaccessible to the millions who don't know Abin Sur from Mogo.

Also, I seriously hope they don't have Mogo. That would go over about as well as the full-on Kirby purple-helmeted Galactus would have in Rise of the Silver Surfer..

I'm still really scared by Ryan Reynolds and the stupid comedy bits like his jerking around with the oath.

I'm nervous that there's a ton of that in the film & they're downplaying it in these trailers to keep from scaring the core audience away.
