It's a good clip, but I got the wrong impression from the title. I thought it was a version of LA in a lunar colony (you know, LA Luna). I'm afraid that influenced how I saw it.
Sorry. But I do think a lunar colony designed to look like LA would make an interesting setting for a movie. I'm seeing a dome over a crater with a bay, Golden Gate bridge, city on a hill, etc visible as the sun rises...
Am I missing something here? The animation is wonderful, as expected from Pixar, but it's a kid mimicking some older sailors, and then suddenly, the moon. Color me confused as to the 'wow' factor.
