In case you hadn't heard, the luminous S. J. Tucker (s00j) is gonna be back in Ann Arbor a week from tonight, and she's got a special guest -- me! I'm looking forward to this one a lot. Details:

Uh.

Tom, my other favorite denizen of A2 hyped this concert to me, and I was already wanting to go, except I have to work the next day. However, I just realized that the time is the same time as my show on Dementia Radio, and with decent internet access, a power socket, and permission of both performers and venue...

I have a feeling you know where this idle thought is going. I'd love to discuss the idea to see if said permission might be possible to obtain. If not, it's okay, it was just an idea I had. :)

Unfortunately, I live hundreds of miles away, in Ann Arbor, MI, and I have to work Monday and Wednesday nights, so there's no way I could make it anyway.

If only someone would schedule one of these cool things on a Friday in Ann Arbor, I'd make it for once.

*chuckle* Working the next day has never been a suitable excuse not to be up in Michigan for something awesome (I live in Cincinnati), and in fact have made many a 'Michigan commute' after a con up yonder.

My more immediate concern is that I /volunteered/ to work OT that day as well. Time to see if they really need me, considering I'm sitting here twiddling my thumbs on OT today.

But I did get a giggle out of your post, much appreciated on this very rainy day. :)

Hiya. :) I just got it straight from s00j that "hell yeah!" you would have her permission to broadcast. We have ubiquitous fast wireless, ample power socketry, and probably anything else you could want.

And hey, I just realized that if you need a place to crash, we could arrange that pretty easily, too. So please come on down!
