filkertomGreetings one and all! I've got an LJ, and I think this will do us just fine.
I had some forums on my web site for awhile, until some tech problems on my host's end took 'em all down. They were fun, but they didn't have the threaded nature of bulletin boards or UseNet, which did more-or-less what I wanted but were just plain ugly and confusing.
Enter LiveJournal.com. Yeah!
I think we will have a lot of fun here. I intend to mouth off a whole lot more here than at TSO, for the simple reason that that site is devoted more to the music and comedy. This is where I'm gonna keep my Snarlings, my Monsters from the Id. And, given the current political situation, I'm sure the monsters'll be out in force.
(In case you didn't know, I'm REAL damn liberal/progressive.)
We'll be getting to those before the end of the day Monday, I'm sure. Meantime, in the tradition of finer blogs everywhere, I declare this an Open Thread. C'mon in and say hi! I'm glad your here.
