Guarding the Homeland:

Administration sources tell TIME that employees at the Department of Homeland Security have been asked to keep their eyes open for opportunities to pose the President in settings that might highlight the Administration's efforts to make the nation safer. The goal, they are being told, is to provide Bush with one homeland-security photo-op a month.

And, just to make things fun, this:

Do you really want this man, these people, in charge of your country?

How about a photo op showing Dubya handing a big check to NYC to pay for improvements to frist response capabilities and increases in police overtime? I'm still waiting...

I'd settle for a photo op of GWB, Dick, and Condi Rice all sitting down (with detailed documents) to answer the questions of the 9/11 commission.
