Yeah, because there are all those people in Peoria who care about what the NJDC has to say.

It's a targeted ad for a specific audience (conservative Jews). What's the problem?

None. I love it. I just wish that its message could be carried as effectively to the non-Jewish audience that needs to hear it. (More than non-Jewish; the audience that has a completely stereotyped understanding of Jews and would only have their stereotypes reinforced by this. Now, if it were a hellfire-preacher, maybe they'd listen...)

I'm not Jewish. I think it's great. Just because its character is Jewish doesn't mean it doesn't address issues of interest, and familiarity, to all.

I agree, it does. My regret is that there is a large group of people who hold stereotypes of Jews who also haven't yet heard the message this conveys. And that showing them this will more likely reinforce the stereotypes than convey the actual message.

Many of those folks are the ones who are blindly supporting the Cowboy in Chief, despite what he's done to them and theirs. They need to hear this message; I hope the delivery doesn't get in the way, is all.
