WrestleMania Goes Hollywood

Okay, I don't expect you to, like get WrestleMania on pay-per-view. Heck, I'm not going to, and I'm the wrestling fan. Or at least I used to be. The WWE product these days is pretty sad.

But their preview commercials, parodying several famous movies, are pretty funny.

I can't blame you. WWE got lame pretty fast. My sister who knew the referees on a first name basis personally and has taken pics with every wrestler doesn't even watch it anymore. Wrestlemania used to mean heading to her house to watch it with about 10-15 people. This year, blah...

Look at it this way: WWE is making sure that fine websites like this one can keep themselves stocked with fresh material for years to come.

I don;t know. The current storyline with Batista and Triple H has my attention. So it's another $40 out of my pocket and into the pocket of Vince McMahon.

The comercials are funny, though. Triple H doing the Braveheart speach to no one, Christan getting naughty ("How about sado-masacistic activity... just asking.") to Benoit barfing into a trash can after seeing Mae Young "pie" to Booker T adding "Sukca" at the end of a bible verse.

Still, the Royal Rumble "West Side Story" comercial is my favorite over all.
