The thing I like best about GURPS is it's flexibility. Using this sourcebook you could play the way it has laid out, or just as easily you could reverse the basic premise, sentient dinos accidently transported into our modern world, which could be far more dangerous.

So far my favorite GURPS is I.O.U., where you could combine it with any other sourcebook chosen at random and make a game.
