That was an awesome spot. I stayed up Friday night just to watch Bruce on Conan. Did you see "Pay My Money Down" at the end? There must have been 25 musicians onstage and it went on for at least 8 minutes.

YouTube has that as well. I was really amused to see Conan on stage playing and singing along.

Somehow, I never expected Bruce Springsteen to become the logical successor to Bob Dylan and Phil Ochs. But I'm glad someone's taken up the torch.

From what I saw, he's pretty good. Handled the changes well, and seemed relaxed when he shared the mike with The Boss.
But yeah, I'm that was one of his "This is why I got in this crazy business" moments.
