Al Gore is nuts because some there's no evidence for global warming being caused by humans, and, besides, he said he invented the Internet. Paul Krugman is shrill because he insists, in defiance of record bottom-line profits and CEO salaries and benefits, that our economy sucks because of the inconsequential circumstances of massive consumer debt, jobs being outsourced constantly, the manufacturing sector giving way to the service sector, a freakin' insanely huge national debt, ineffectual and prohibitively expensive programs such as Medicare D, and the entire Iraq war not even being on the books. Blogger Mary Ann Scott was an icon of "the Angry Left" because she swears.
