That's an old Daily Show clip. You can tell because he's not on the side of the mall. (Well, that, and the previous iteration of Daily Show backgrounds. ^_^ )
Rather nonsequitur, but I do have to ask: Have you heard any of the tracks from Bush Is Bad (http://www.bushisbadthemusical.com/)? I'm listening to it now, and it just screams 'you'. :)
