I'm pretty sure it is. The Dylan impersonation is way too over-the-top.

No! No! A thousand times no!
I'd rather be rapin' and killin'
I could live on for years
Rather hear Britney Spears
Than the Suess books as done by Bob Dylan

Another reason you can tell it's not really Dylan... despite the excellent impersonation, you can actally *understand* this guy... his enunciation is far superior to the orginal. =)

I still prefer Jesse Jackson's dramatic reading of Green Eggs And Ham that he did on Saturday Night Live as a tribue to Dr Suess when he died. If you never saw it, yes it was the real Jesse Jackson, and yes it was appropriately surreal (meaning it worked as the intended tribute).

Okay, who has a shrink wrap machine and plastic so that I can make up one of these and put it into the rack at Borders on April Fools Day?

Oh framitz - and here I was hoping someone had found proof that I had not hallucinated Bob singing The Alphabet Song on Sesame Street.

[**struggles not to howl**] Obviously a sinister import from a seriously gonzo alternate universe. (Good thing I didn't have hot coffee in my mouth or it would have hit the keyboard via my nose.) Scarf it up off the Web quick before the corporate types disney it...
