Nifty! I encountered this after having the lovely and praiseworthy argentee guide me through preparing red beans, rice, and chicken sausage (and it came out quite nicely if I do say so myself). Though, as always, I have a question completely unrelated to the actual content of the show: do you know anything about that very long apparent scar on Padma Lakshmi's right arm? This is the first time I've seen her wear anything sleeveless, and there clearly does appear to be a scar there.

Top Chef All Stars was amusing. Nice to see the chefs again. Everyone's personality was just about the same, but what was with everyone's hair?

I'm VERY happy Ted Allen is going to be a judge this season.

I liked how the S1 and S2 crew where like "Oh, so the season three chefs are all full of themselves, let see what they have to say in a month".

I'll looking forward to it.
