Home from Duckon

Short form: A very nice time, but I'm exhausted and not feeling great. Unfortunately, I realized on the way home that I have some things that MUST be done tomorrow and Tuesday, so I'm gonna do my best to get the iTom song done by Wednesday morning and then be Not Available for a few days. I mean, I'll answer e-mail 'n' stuff, but I really really hope to lie around and not do very much. I kinda need it.

Started out quite nicely at Duckon on Friday. Went completely downhill in the most shitty way about 1:40 AM on Saturday.

1:40 would have been my 2:40 and I was in bed befre than, anticipating a 7 hour drive home; also, Tom and I wound up filking in different rooms. Hence, I am clueless as to the referance.

It's been kind of asstastic. Presumably not as bad as shsilver's given that his has an unfortunately specific time and day involved and I can extrapolate vague ideas from there, but despite that, it's still been pretty craptacular. Godt dammit I hate Zoology.

Saturday was run about more with SF, work some, dinner out and "Shrek 3"

Sunday was SF's birthday. A few presents in the morning, a bit of working in the afternoon, then Dave & Busters for dinner and games and home to watch "the Tony's"

My weekend was typical for how I have been lately: recharged Saturday (including an attempted nap in the afternoon that kept getting interrupted by the phone ringing multiple times), and then a productive Sunday. For once I was not dragging on Sunday so I guess that I did recharge sufficiantly on Saturday for a change.

It was a fine little boy oriented weekend. If it'd be helpful to move our appointment to later in the week, like, say Friday afternoon, I'd be good with that.

Oh, pretty damned good, actually. I got to spend time with all of my sweeties, particiapated in a number of panels that went really well, and got to see at least some of most of the performers I wanted to see! Not a bad way to spend a weekend, even if I am really thankful I took this week off between gigs.

So next time much like this time, but with more money? :)
