Get my employee review (hopefully) and not get fired (hopefully) and express my dissatisfaction with a few things (hopefully). Tonight, call the parents and watch Rocky Horror Picture Show and/or new Mythbusters.

FYI, I did have my review and I didn't get fired. But it was a bad review. I was too stunned to express everything I was pissed about. I won't bore you with details. Needless to say I'm going to be job hunting willingly before it becomes a necessity.

  1. Find my freakin' pen drive so I can try to finish a project due today.
  2. Spend my morning on that instead of working.
  3. Spend my afternoon working on a wellness clinic website instead of working.
  4. Spend the entire day going "What costume?" 'cause I'm just like that.
  5. Appointment with aforementioned wellness clinic.
  6. Panic about NaNoWriMo. You will be very inspirational here.
  7. Samhain ritual at home.

  • 7:15 - Awoken by phone call from work for an idiotic pop up that DEMANDS AV NOW!
  • 8:00 - Stare at plate of scrambled eggs... believe they are talking to me.
  • 10:00 - Take main production computer to the shop. There's a corrupt partition and I don't have the tools anymore to fix it.
  • 6:00 - TRICK OR TREAT!!! Since we don't get any kids we move over to the nice neightborhood down the road.
  • 9:00 - Watch Sabrina eat herself in to a sugar coma.

1) work a 12 hr day

2) Save the werewolf, save the world. I already saved the world using only three werewolves and a half-sidhe, but we're not out of the woods yet! Must have 1500 more words before tomorrow

3) Get pics of the kids: Scarecrow, Inu Yasha, HyperSparrow and a leopard

4) Rescue pirates who have been kidnapped by cannibals

5) update website with new stories releasing today--DONE!

6) Publisher's chat tonight

7) raid the kids' trick-or-treat bags after they go to bed

8) plot NaNo.

Happy Halloween!
New computer, that is exciting :)
I have a follow-up doctor's appt first thing, then it's off to work to work and obsess about the imploded transmission on what is now my old car.
Buy candy and get home, put on cheshire cat ears for costume (it's either those or the Hello Kitty witch-on-a-broom t-shirt, and it's a little chilly for that) and make life for parents a little more exciting :P
Oh, and cleaning.

I've been directing a performance of the Rocky Horror Picture Show which goes up tonight. I'm also playing Dr. Scott. Should be fun, but it's taking up all of my time for Halloween.

I'm going to Pleasure Island in my Dragon*Con costume, whether they want it or not, whether it's raining or not. I have only gotten five kids a year for Halloween, and buying candy will only mean I'll eat it, and while I'd like to give out comic books for kids to read, they cost too much.

Also, I know nobody with kids, and nobody with neighborhoods where trick-or-treating is taking place. And for the third year I'm skipping Universal's Halloween Horror Nights, because aside from the Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure Show, the whole thing has become predictable and lame.

However, I'd bet it'd be a treat to show up wherever Tom Smith is doing a Halloween candy distribution center.

After work I will pick up Beth's car from the shop. *sigh*

Since we don't have kids she volunteered to work the ICU tonight so that a coworker could take her kids out. Me, I'm going to sit at home with a goofy set of fangs and hand out candy to the munchkins while watching cheesy horror films. Tonight's featured lineup:

Evil Dead 2
Fright Night
Bubba Ho Tep

Just me, the damncats, and Bob The Big Dumb Dawg.

We watched "Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes", which ze spouse had never seen, while giving treats to 45 kids. We usually get 35-85, which keeps us hopping.
