Just found a couple of snippets I wrote a few years ago for a prospective Sopranos Christmas Special:
Christmas horns keep tootin'
While the boys keep shootin'
We got mistletoe, and blood on the snow,
Whackin' in a winter wonderland.

In the meadow we can build a snowman,
In the middle's Mister Gallopine,
Cop says "Have you seen 'im?" We say, "No, man,
We're sure he's somewhere safe and doin' fine."

---

We three kings of old Brooklyn are,
Clean, youze cops, go 'head, search the car.
And the only verse I ever finished of One Night In Slytherin (sung by Draco):
Hogwarts! Academic setting
But the teachers don't know what the setting is getting
The crème of the Malfoy crop in the middle of a
Show with everything but Tom Riddle

Time flies! Doesn't seem a minute
Since the Potter house burned with the Potters still in it
The Boy Who Lived horning in on my sport! Ya
Get into the school and the Sorting Hat'll sort ya...
Into Gryffindor... or Ravenclaw... or Hufflepuff...
Or... or this place!

One night in Slytherin and the world's your playground,
The spells are awesome but the wands ain't free
You'll find, before your power, people lay down,
And if you're lucky it'll be a sidhe,
I can feel a Veela walkin' next to me.

I am already singing the chorus. So awesome. Thanks, Tom. :D

HA! Tom, you are the only person I've ever heard filk something from Chess, and it's perfect. I'd love to hear you singing it like Murray Head.

Merry Winterthing, dear bard.

While I wrote that snippet several years ago, it's not the only one. Luke Ski has a "One Night In Bangkok" parody, "One Night In Quark's Bar".

I cast my spells above the waistline, sunshine!

I don't see you guys rating
The kind of curse I'm contemplating
I'd let you watch, I would invite you
But the incantation would not excite you

ROFLMAO! I figured out the original eventually, but at first, I tried singing it to the tune of One Week, and wondered why it wasn't working.

Me too.

And I hardly need tell you you don't need to do another thing to those We Three Kings lines...just add the traditional:

"It was loaded/it exploded--*Boom!* Si-ilent Niiiiight....."

I personally like "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" as the follow-on, but "Silent Night" isn't bad either. :)
