Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd is pretty damn good.

Roadhouse, with Patrick Swayze, would've been completely unwatchable without the RiffTrax.

Rifftrax (http://www.rifftrax.com). The guys from Mystery Science Theater 3000, coming out with MP3s that you synchronize with your DVD so that you get a running commentary exactly like MST3K except without the silhouettes of the robots.
