Mar. 27th, 2010 02:43 pmCrap crap crap. Great sadness for comics fans. Legendary artist, inker, and editor Dick Giordano, one of the most influential comics creators of the 1960s, 70s and 80s, has passed away at the age of 77.
If absolutely nothing else, you've likely seen his work on top of Neal Adams' pencils during the groundbreaking run of Green Lantern/Green Arrow written by Denny O'Neill. And he inked Superman Vs. Muhammad Ali. And Superman vs. Spider-Man I. And Crisis on Infinite Earths. And, and, and....
