Tom Smith Online's server is being upgraded. Just as I'm trying to update the thing. Sigh. Later today. And nowhere near as extensive an update as what's coming. ;) But there will be a new song... or, rather, an old song like you've never heard it before. But it should... sound familiar.

I've gotta combobulate myself and go get some lunch -- unbury the van before the next wave of winter weather, due tomorrow afternoon.

How are you all doin'?

Snerk. Looking forward to it, though.

Came home sick from work. I appear to be lacking intestinal fortitude. :-P

Doin' okay. Tried to bring up a show via On-Demand, only to have the cable box crash. So I tried on the other cable box. It crashed. Oh dear.

It seems that all of California's Charter Communications customers are without digital television services - I'm afraid to reboot my modem, for fear or losing that as well... Ugh.

In the meantime, there are games to play with my 4 yr old, and lunch to make. Mmmm... lunch...

Ahh.. Good luck on the unbury the van project. I guess the new/old song will balance the wait for Sounds Familiar.

As for doing, ok. Work has gotten a little busier (slow week), and if I can find 2 hours, I am finally going to finish the 3rd series of Dr. Who.

Hey, I just did that yesterday. Took a few days. Watch last 3 eps on one day, watch the 3 full-length confidentials on another. Took 2 nights to listen to the commentaries on those 3.

No wonder there seems to be so much of the last episode I don't remember, the DVD is the full 51 minute version that was used for BBC transmittion. The CBC broadcast version was 44-45 minutes, and Sci-fi chanel version shorter than that.

See? If I were rich, I'd use my money to see silly jokes like this to fruition for my own amusement. Thanks for the giggle.

Today? Well, if you've kept up with my little bit of lj-space, I've been riding the leftover ups-and-downs from yesterday. I've been making chainmail, planning for Penguicon (Squee!), and trying to find good guitar resources online. I'm determined to see it through this time, but I'm still rolling those proverbial ones on this. :( I just don't know how you guys make it look so easy. Oh well. Can't wait to hear the new/old song. *huggles*

We're in LA for the weekend. It is 72 and semi-overcast... just spend a whirlwind afternoon and evening at Disneyland... Life is Good.
