In my case, I didn't post for something like 6 months until GaFilk, and then I've been posting a bit more. I still don't like the idea of (for lack of a better word) blathering to the whole world using a "dear diary" concept, but it lets me keep up with what's happening with others. Otherwise, I wouldn't be posting at all.
