filkertomPossibly a stroke. Get well soon, Senator. For those politically inclined, AmericaBlog informs us that, "... if for any reason Kennedy were to step down from his post, the Democratic Governor, Deval Patrick, would appoint a replacement. So control of the Senate isn't in question here."

Unlike Strom, nobody's going to get in trouble praising Kennedy at his hundredth birthday party in a few decades. Hang in there, Ted!
