Don't shoot your eye out.

And what do you want for Christmas this year?

It's very boring, but money. I'm living in a dorm room overseas, so I don't need more stuff that I'd have to find a place to store and then ship home at the end of the year, but I do need funds for sightseeing and adventure-having! So as soon as my parents are free of the snow and can get to the bank... ;)

  1. My two front teeth? No, I've got them.
  2. A hula hoop? No, my hips won't take it.
  3. Whirled peas!

To be honest, a vinyl cleaning machine like the VPI-500.

But I'll be happy with whatever I get...and my biggest kick on Christmas is seeing everyone else's reaction to their gifts. Especially the little gag ones!

I'd like the people I love and care about to he happy. :) First and foremost that is the most important thing to me.

Other than that I'd like seasons two and three of Avatar the Last Airbender and a second WoW account.

You know, a set of winning lottery numbers would just about make everything turn out just right. ;)

Someone to adopt my foster kitten and treat her as well and love her as much as I do.

Bush Jr. to have a day of introspection and realize what a failure he was.

A safe drive to and from my parents' house.

My boss to not say anything about the fact I'm out the door in under 3 hours.

A job and a future.

Think Santa's got something in his bag?

Love and huggles to you, sweetie. Have a great holiday.

How about a Winnebago? Or at least the phone number of the young lady with the Uzi?

I love that movie.

I got what I wanted for Yuletide this year -- all my sweeties stayed the night on Friday and we (plus a few other friends) got up to wake the Sun on Saturday at dawn. After that, we had wonderful food, conversation, marshmallows over the fireplace, and the physical gifts. While I'm really happy with the new GPSr they gave me, the best gift was them being there with me.

I was hoping for the purple iPod Nano, but I know it's not happening. I've gotten to see all my local sweeties this week, so that'll suffice.

Hey, that's what on my wish list also!
I missed the $10 off sale at the beginning of December, but I took comfort when I read the news&tech blogger who said that Apple's annual pattern is that new iPods come out in the fall. It means we've got a while before the right shade of Robin's Trademark Favorite Color goes off the market.

700 Billion Dollars.

...or at least my cut of it. ;-)

Seriously, though, I'm hoping I get a decent digital camera so I can start selling my knitted dragons (and paintings) on Etsy...

...and a Leatherman with both pliers AND scissors.

(BTW, I'm assuming the world peace that everyone else is asking for will apply to me, too, so I figured I'd not double-up on the effort.)

Ooooohhhh no. I tried making a Yule wish this past weekend and so far everything's gone the exact opposite. But I also know enough to know that the universe isn't fooled by reverse psychology.

Keeping my wishes to myself from here on out, thank you.

A Mosin-Nagant Model 1891/30 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mosin-Nagant)

Rest assured, if I shoot my eye out with this thing, it will take the majority of my brain and half my skull with it. This is the rifle that won World War II in Europe.

I'm also amused at the thought of putting a thousand dollar scope on a rifle you can get for under a hundred dollars.
