• Apparently everybody is having a fantastic time at ConFlikt. This makes me doubly happy, as I am their GOH next year. :)
• Not too long before the excellent ChattaCon, I was interviewed by Casey Phillips of the Chattanooga Times Free Press. I finally found that interview online. At the beginning, it says, "(For the full interview, visit fyi.timesfreepress.com.)" But you don't have to hunt -- it's actually further down the page. You'll see an obvious place where they ended the print article, followed by the whole thing. There are a few typos and places where sentences may not make sense -- he recorded me, and we talked for about forty minutes, and I suspect he used some audio transcription software. But you can pretty much figure it out.
• And, the sf/f magazine Crossed Genres has an article by me in the new issue. I'm sure it will get me in trouble with someone somewhere.

Great article, Tom! I think you did a fine job. :) Incidentally, for songwriting ideas, though I'm sure you have plenty, please do feel free to check out http://www.musesmuse.com/ at some point if you haven't already. Maybe it'll help (the other articles and regularly columnists, in particular). Though don't go on the message boards. Those are a time sink. ;) And mega congrats on your GOH gig at ConFlikt next year! Woohoo!

Conflikt is indeed a ball. Just keep in mind, as I am sure you know better than I do, that jetlag is a bit of a hassle.

Otherwise, it's great here. The concom is friendly and organized, the fen here are great, and the music has been awesome.
