That is way to many levels of wrong there. And you know someone is going to ask what medical condition she has that would cause that talent. Oh wait, I just did.... nevermind....

I'm assuming that this is in fact accomplished by Clever Electronic Trickery rather than by the means implied, chiefly because the sound quality of the main audio track is just too good.

With that in mind, I count it Amusing & Deeply Weird rather than disturbing. If it's subsequently established that there is no Clever Electronic Trickery...okay, then it's disturbing. (Most particularly because, think of the hours of practice required....)

Oh, it's not even clever electronic trickery. It's obviously done with stooges at a backstage microphone. Doesn't mean it ain't funny.

I gave her 10 out of 10 for showmanship. If she didn't sell it so well, it wouldn't be so funny.

You know...it never even occured to me that it might be faked...largely because off-hand, I can think of three ways she could do exactly what seems to be doing!

You probably don't want to know how.

Eh. I might have thought it funny if it weren't headed "How Women Play The Kazoo" as opposed to "Check Out This Trick Kazoo Player" or similar.

The sad thing is that because of YouTube's precious "terms of use" that adults are deprived of seeing this unique and fascinating performance; and that when one tries, all one sees is a REVIEW of said performance WHICH COMPLETELY MISSES THE POINT!

hate to say it, but, even though the review may miss the point completely, it still describes what happens quite enough for me to know i'm not interested in watching any more. i didn't find what i saw funny, and i am glad there are some places out there that have these terms of use that i don't have to see such things. the review i saw listed a website where you could see the whole show, if one is so inclined. freedom to be able to watch such a thing is also freedom to NOT watch it, freedom to have sites where things of this nature can be seen is also freedom to have sites that do not allow things of this nature. this time, i'm siding with the ones that don't allow it.

i was only disturbed, and actually started reading the comments before it even got started very far...if she had used some other tune, i probably could have stomached it better, but that is the patriotic streak i grew up with...but even then, i don't think i would have called it funny. i've said it before as a joke, but this time i mean it: "that is just not right."
