Dave Arneson Hospitalized

Bad news: Dave Arneson, one of the co-creators of Dungeons & Dragons, has been battling cancer, and he has taken a turn for the worse and is not expected to live more than a few days.

His family has asked for no attempts to contact them. As soon as I have more info, I'll let you know.

Good thoughts and good luck to Mr. Arneson, his family and friends.

That's awful news. I hope Arneson suffers as little pain as possible.

Hoping he'll roll a natural 20, but if he fails his saving throw I hope it will be a peaceful passing. Dang, we're losing the D&D creators at a rapid pace.
