Very spotty internet for the next few days. Don't mess up the couch, and keep your damn hands off the Pepsi Throwback.

I don't drink soda, diet or otherwise, Red Bull or anything like that. I WILL run you out of tea though. On the other hand, it's open season on the sofa, every dish in the house and all of the toilet paper for fake roses.

Didja hear Limbaugh is threatening to leave the country if the health care reform bill is passed?

Y'know, Rush... The point of a threat is usually to deter someone.

I was going to make a joke about Limbaugh's real motive for such an action, but Tom did ask us to play nice.

Better, he's going to Costa Rice, which has universal health coverage.

I do not get it...

Now now, just because the man has an ongoing drug problem yet raves that liberals are the stupid pointless ones arguing that people clearly don't need healthcare reform... SORRY. i'll be good. :)

I heard but I'm not buying it. I don't think he's serious. I heard that some liberals threatened to move to Canada if W won in 2000 and didn't follow through. So in the interests of fair play, I won't expect Limbaugh to follow through either.

But it would be nice if he did.

Not to give Limburger any ideas, but with internet and satellite and other bits of modern technology he could probably do his show in the tropics and keep his contract. Hell, it would probably be cheaper for him to do it there.

As an overweight person myself, I don't like the heat. You get sweaty at night and it's VERY uncomfortable. Personally I wouldn't mind Alaska especially now that Failen Palin is gone.

Jonathan Coulter's "Code Monkey" and BNL's "Five Years"--excuse me, "One Week"--just made the list of top ten geek anthems. (Also Weird Al's "Dare to Be Stupid."

See the whole list at http://www.cnn.com/2010/TECH/03/10/geek.anthems/index.html?hpt=C2

Nice list. I need to find some of those songs. I did appreciate the fact the mentioned how Dare to be Stupid was used in the animated Transformers movie. It fit the scene so well. The Autobots were on the planet of junk populated by robots who spoke in TV catchphrases (voice by Eric Idle).
