TOP CHEF Season 9 Finale Spoiler Thread

filkertomSorry I haven't been keeping up on TC the past few weeks, but honestly this season has mostly stunk. I like Last Chance Kitchen, but they have some stuff to iron out. The main show has been filled with mostly unnecessary celebrities and ludicrous challenges having very little to do with cooking.
(The "jump the shark" moment was a couple of weeks ago, when chefs had to literally do a biathlon -- cross-country skiing, combined with shooting at bags of ingredients.)
So, phuque spoilers. I haven't even watched this week's episode yet. The overall winner, Top Chef for Season 9, is Paul Qui, one of the few who has been consistent, talented, and imaginative. (He also came in 3rd in the Fan Favorite vote, behind the winner Chris Crary and Grayson Schmitz. My vote was for Nyesha Arrington.)
So... thoughts on last night? Any episode up to this point, especially the previous three? The whole concept of Top Chef, especially past seasons vs. what they did this season?
