The only one I actually liked is the Chevy Camaro ad.

The best worst ad EVER.

Most of the rest are just advertising majors demonstrating what giant asshats they are.

I loved the Motorola Xoom ad that played off the classic Apple 1984 ad. I also found most of the lesser brands' ads to be clever, if not amazing. The NFL ad with the clips from the old TV shows was put together well, though it didn't really sell anything I wasn't already buying. The Coke ads with the dragon and the border guards were cute. And the Chrysler ad with Eminem was very effective.

I was, however, really disappointed with the ad for Captain America.

Yes! The Xoom ad was terrific. And I almost wanted a beer, or at least a cigarette, after Adrien Brody sang.

1/2 through our DVR and I'm mostly disappointed.

Coke Dragon was cool, but far to many nasty one...

Diet guy ending with sexy girl getting beaned
Old folks misshearing the details
Both Doritos were creapy (pug and smell)
Even though he deserved it, the prep guy getting it in the nuts.

Underwhelmed by all of them. Found some funny while I was watching, but can't really remember any of them.

I liked the VW ad with kid in the darth vader suit. My 7yr old daughter turned to me afterward and asked "Can I have a Darth Vader costume?"

I said no, and she pouted to which I went "I don't have time to make it." She'll get over it.

Of the ones I've seen, my favorite is the one for the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, with its commentary on technology. (For some reason, I especially liked the guy on the street carrying a turntable.)

The Darth Vader ad was cute, but I liked the other VW ad, the one with the speeding beetle, more.

Still, nothing this year has approached the genius of the Old Spice guy.

The "Chevy Truck as Lassie" commercial was good. ("I didn't know this town HAD a volcano!")

The Epic Ride (car get repeatedly carjacked by increasingly powerful beings) was OK. It was one of the ones where they had commercials for the commercial itself (i.e. prior to the Superbowl they showed a bit from the beginning and said something like "Watch for the rest of this ad during the Superbowl").

The Coke ad with the Red Dragon was also OK. But all in all, not a particularly good year for the commercials IMHO.

VW Passat and Darth Vader.

I do not sit down and watch the "organized professional gladiator blood sacrifice ritual" that occurred last night. The TV was off.

The Motorola Xoom ad was my favorite. Of course, I've only seen a few of them (courtesy of YouTube).
