They have Robin as Columbia...which, to my way of thinking, means we need Batgirl as Eddie. That works; she even drives a motorcycle. If we want things to get really weird, she escapes death and comes back later as Oracle/Dr. Scott (in the wheelchair). Not sure who I'd cast as the criminologist or Rocky though.
I was actually thinking Niles Caulder (leader of the Doom Patrol) as Dr. Scott, recasting Dick Grayson as Eddie (and Jason Todd as Columbia), and Dr. Fate or Martian Manhunter as the Criminologist. I could absolutely see Jim Gordon, though.

A million years ago, my late, lamented home cast did a genderswap night. I played Eddie - and wore my "BITE ME FANBOY" t-shirt in lieu of the BABY vest.
OMG a Who cast...Ten and Donna as Brad & Janet (they're always being mistaken for a married couple anyway), Nine as Frank, Four as Riff, Peri as Magenta, Rose as Columbia, Six as the Criminologist...
