Because if it's the former, that's fair--the performance can be copyrighted. But if someone was claiming copyright over "playing pi," well, then we have a problem...

Date: 2011-03-15 03:52 am (UTC)And I agree... the person who's claiming copyright wrote something called the 'Pi Symphony' which is very similar sounding. Because, well, the notes are the same, amazingly enough.
