At PenguiCon, Brandon Sanderson and Howard Tayler interviewed me for their blog/podcast Writing Excuses. You can download the ep at that link, and a transcript is here.

Any cool podcasts we should be following, or specific episodes we should hear?

The Wandering Falcon just did an interview with Katt McConnell, about her upcoming album (her first), Kickstarter project (which needs contributors or signal boosts), and about the group she is a part of, Wax Chaotic (Who will be performing at InConJunction, and hopefully several other venues). We also have one of the tracks from her first album as a part of the podcast.

And now I'm trying to figure out who else I can do interviews with...I really enjoyed conducting that one.

I listened to that one last week when it came up. I liked your ideas on creating appropriate music in different types of society.

The internet can be such a small place.

I read the transcript--long years of dialup have made me twitchy about music and video files, go fig. One of these days I should get over that.

Anyway, two things--1) did you write that wizard / bakery song on the fly? You got a GREAT ending; I'm way impressed.

2) It's, (blush) not exactly a podcast, but I do have an experimental mix up on my Bandcamp page. I plan to change the song in question (re-do harmony line at the very least) but if you have any general advice on mixing or such (or specific advice on the song, or the web page, or the concept of the "album", is okay too) I'd be very interested in hearing it.

If you aren't interested, or don't have time or whatever, that's okay too.

Yep, it was improv'd. :) I'll listen to the mix in the next few days; meanwhile, to get you started on the "general advice", here is a page full of Computer Music Magazine free PDF tutorials (http://www.musicradar.com/computermusic/free-beginner-pdfs-246054), including several on mixing.

I listen to enough podcasts that I had to dial back and stop listening to some. These links are for your music player, not the website.

TekDiff (http://cayenne.libsyn.com/rss) (sketch based comedy, also has a great urban fantasy story called The Account.

Dragon Talk Radio (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/jonklement.rss) your convention connection.

Slice of Sci-fi (http://feeds.feedburner.com/sliceofscifi) general science fiction in TV and movies.

The Funny Music Podcast (http://feeds.feedburner.com/funnymusic) FuMP's podcast.

Skeptic's Guide to the Universe (http://www.theskepticsguide.org/feed/rss.aspx?feed=SGU) science and skepticism and reports on bad science.

Renaissance Festival Podcast (http://feeds.feedburner.com/mage/renfest) Marc Gunn has 3 or 4 different podcasts (depending on the time of year) about Celtic music and Ren Faire music/interviews. I won't list them, but this is a favorite.
