that's ok, Progressive Energy (or is FPL?) wants to raise rates by like 40% and feel that they should NOT disclose the salaries of their upper management.
um, you want more $$$? tell us where the $$ you're getting NOW is going and we'll think about. Don't wanna tell? *shrugs* ok, but you're not getting your rate hike either!
