Since I didn't get to last week's episode until today, this thread is for both last week and this week. Short form, the chili cook-off was amazing, and very emotional. From their descriptions, all of the chilis sounded great. But Texas-y? Not necessarily.

And, Chris is really paying a little too much attention to Padma. We're beginning to enter stalker territory.

Dale, in the season 4 finale, forgot to refrigerate Stephanie's pork belly. To her credit, she didn't use it.

And there was one dish requiring shrimp that got left out overnight. They had to toss that one as well.
