Wow! The one that really hit me was "War is good for the economy... like cannibalism is nutritious."

I tell ya. I think my favorite is "10 miles per gallon - 2 soldiers per day", along with "You can have my gun...."

Yep. As mentioned above, I think it's "10 miles per gallon - 2 soldiers per day", although several others are amazing. "... And we impeached Clinton over one lousy dress." Fantastic.

I'd love to see something like this up in the Seattle area. Especially towards the south around Ft Lewis where a couple of bridges right next to the bases are yellow-ribbon clad and have flag-wavers smiling and waving at traffic (coincidentally slowing it down...) on the evenings and weekends. Never mind the state law which prohibits such behavior.

Even further south a farmer put up a billboard on his property which regularly featured conservative statements of whatever he wanted. It backfired on one occasion when he was protesting a Gay & Lesbian Film Festival at a local college, and then gave the phone number for people to call if they were "concerned". It turns out the vast majority of calls were from people wanting to buy tickets or wondering how a college could afford a billboard on an interstate freeway.

The farmer changed the phone number to the state legislatures as soon as he heard.

"How is torture 'compassionate', Dubya?"

"1. Impeachment
2. Apology
3. Restoration
Hey -- it's more
of a plan
than Bush has"

"Dubya & Rummy went to Baghdad / and all I got was this bill for $100 billion / and several thousand dead people"

"How much longer are we going to let incompetent draft-dodgers send our kids to die?"

Picture of a funereal flower arrangement, with caption: "Here's the only flowers they're throwing at us, Cheney"

And, in the probably-way-too-frickin-crass-to-get-away-with department: side-by-side pictures of Monica Lewinsky and a Hummer vehicle, with caption: "Which Hummer would you rather have?"

"Clinton screwed Monica.
Dubya screwed us all."

"War, what is it good for?
About $100 billion for
Haliburton."

"Honk if you
hate the
War."

It occurred to me recently that something like "Regime Change is Necessary to Stop the Torture Rooms" would have been a pro-Bush sign a year ago and is an anti-Bush sign now.

Thanks for linking that site, Tom.
