You might have missed it if you haven't checked out the thread below, or the main web site, but... I finished the last three recordings for The 24-Hour Project. If you haven't got it, and you want to get it, the archive is now complete.

As far as I can determine, I've sent new e-mails with links to the "Special Edition" to everyone who purchased one -- if you haven't got yours, check the folder where your spam filter dumps stuff first, and then e-mail me at filkertom@yahoo.com if you still don't have it. And please do let me know what you think of the last few songs and the extras!

Got mine. My wife keeps complaining that "Badger Pajamas" keeps going through her head. It should be interesting when we attend my cousin's wedding in a couple of weeks and hear them playing "hava nagila."

"Tamales of Death" went into the archives without vocals. I have no idea how. Arrrrrgh.

I'm replacing it as we speak, and you can also download it here (http://www.tomsmithonline.com/software/02-TamalesOfDeath.mp3) if you don't want to go through the whole 30 MB again, or if you just want a free preview.

Arrrrrgh. At least it went right onto the burned CDs.

If it had been the karaoke lemonade march, it absolutely would've been. I gnashed my teeth about that. Serendipity never works that way, noooOOoooo....

Actually, that would've been just plain spooky.
...

Although the mental image of bunches of people trying to sing the lips-puckered-shut lines in bars is entirely too amusing...

Oh. Dear. Gods. Above. And. Below.

I knew you were sick. And I knew you were twisted. And I knew you were sick and twisted. And I even knew how sick and twisted. And I'd read the lyrics when you posted them. And I thought, "Oh, this is cute." And I thought, "I'd love to hear that song performed." And I bought the album. And downloaded it. And loaded it into iTunes. (And had to wait a couple of days for me to have time to actually listen to it, between working and social engagements that kept the laptop unused at home for 2 days.) So I finally got a chance to play the darned thing.

I think I broke my brain. Ow.

(Buy it. Download it. Play it. You know you want to.)
