Okay, first off, there's gonna be a 3-disc special edition DVD of Clerks released on Sept. 7.

Second, Kevin Smith starts filming The Passion of the Clerks in January. Jason Mewes is back, which means a reunion of Jay and Silent Bob.

I always thought it would be cool if they made a computer game of Clerks.

It'd be a "point & click adventure" those old LucasArts games like "Maniac Mansion" or "Sam and Max", the graphics would be "C:TAS" style, you would switch between characters at different points of the game...

And it would DEFINATELY be rated "M"!

Clerks was Kevin Smith's first movie. It was filmed in black and white, and I think it cost him about 20 grand to make (someone please correct me if I'm wrong there...). It introduces the characters Jay and Silent Bob (played by Mews and Smith, respectfully), who show up in almost all of Smith's movies.

I'm a big fan of his movies. Either Dan or my son turned me on to him. The only movie that seems a bit out of character from the others is Dogma. It was the first one I saw, then Chasing Amy. I swear I know those people. Don't do many comic book cons, but seemed on the mark to me.

I watched the others out of order too. Finally rented the ones I didn't have and watched them in order.
