It's easy. The HTML format is:

<img src="http://imagelink">

Replace the http://imagelink with the actual location of the image you want to use and, viola, you have posted an image.

I figured it was something like that. The last time I had a reason to use HTML I was making webpages in VI (the worst text editor you can imagine).
