It is, in fact, a Rover. That's why I put the text up with mine -- the code the site generates doesn't name the icons, and they're a little obscure at that size. :)

I don't think scaling that Rover is going to make it less obscure. But it's the right hand character I'm not sure about. Is that a Star Trek badge/uniform?
