Thank you for that link, Tom! I sent it out to a number of people who really are going to like that trailer.

And I have to agree, Alan Rickman makes a good Marvin. (Sorry, but I just get the feeling of Snape's voice comming from Marvin.)

Now to just get lucky and see any of them on the big screen when seeing Robots in a few weeks.

i'm very psyched about this movie.

i do have one reservation about seeing the film, which is that it's obviously so spectacular that it will probably usurp my own imagination in terms of how things look in the story. through all of the different versions, even the tv series, i've always had my own private director's cut in my head, with very specific production design. on april 29, i expect to have my personal VHS copy recorded over.

ah, well, i'll just try to compartmentalize...

Ah yes... the Voice of the book, The Voice of Marvin, The Whale...

I'm still reserving overall judgement, but I'm still liking what I'm seeing.
