Not a chance, best they can do is buy parts and put them together and perhaps mod some flat and rod work.

Well, OCC started out as Senior's metal shop business, and they still do a lot of metal fabrication. Some of the recent bikes have been custom built on site for everything but the frame. tanks, fenders, rims and handlebars all built on site.

Be nice to see them build their version.
